Christopher specializes in the development and implementation of IT infrastructure into laboratory quality systems to increase efficiency across the Laboratory. These systems range from small bench sheets to assist individual analysts in day to day work, to full Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMSs). The goal of these systems is to ensure laboratory personnel can maintain a quality system while ensuring maximum efficiency throughout the process.

Mr. Gumpper started working at Enviropro Laboratories, LLC from 2008 to 2013. He began as a laboratory assistant and continued on to become an analyst and database administrator for Enviropro's Access based LIMS. His responsibilities included developing new features, ensuring data integrity, and fixing bugs from the original implementation of the LIMS. From 2013 to 2018 Christopher served as a Business Applications Administrator for the Minnesota Department of Health Public Health Laboratory and Agency Project Planning Offices. His responsibilities included project management on various IT projects to increase laboratory efficiency, Administration of the MasterControl quality management system, and development of training materials for quality assurance activities for the division.

Christopher currently resides in Salt Lake City Utah and works as a Backline Process Engineer for MasterControl. His responsibilities include application development, defect triage and development, and ensuring customer success with customized solutions.

Christopher holds a Bachelor of Theatre degree in Theatre Design and Technology from the University of Minnesota Duluth where he graduated with distinction.
